In the 3rd episode of KSP season 9 this time with the theme "IT Journey in Singapore and Australia", it will discuss the travel and work culture that he experienced in Singapore and Australia. The seminar began with an introduction from Mrs. Claudia and she explained about her career journey. Mrs. Claudia was a student at ISTTS for 2 semesters before moving to NTU in Taiwan. After that he worked in various companies in Singapore, Australia and Indonesia until finally he became a Quality Assurance Manager at Quantum Inventions Pte. Ltd, Singapore.

She said that he had experienced culture shock several times during his career in several companies with different work cultures. Coupled with the location which is far from the family, this is also a challenge for him. Even so, Mrs. Claudia considers cultural differences to be a positive thing.

“Different culture is not scary but it's something positive because we can adapt to different cultures,” explained Ms. Claudia, “wherever you work or are friends, don't be picky. Every person has different characteristics and it is the difference in those characteristics that can open our minds and improve our performance, ”he added.
